Network Security Engineer / Fortinet, Forigate

This well-known security consulting agency is looking for a Network Security Engineer to join their team. They are looking for someone to hit the ground running with solid technical skills and a strong knowledge of Security Operations. This is a hands-on position that is a senior role on the team that will be client-facing, too. This is a full-time position that can be remote anywhere in the US.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in network security and SecOps. Fortinet and Fortigate experience is required, and any consulting/managed service provider experience is strongly encouraged. Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and other SecOps processes is required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Security Operations and Network Security
• Experience with Fortigate/Fortinet
• Strong knowledge of SecOps processes and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Consulting/MSP experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid security or network certifications
