Once a quarter in Philly/Senior Systems Engineer (InTune & AutoPilot Specialist)

We are partnering with one of our Financial clients to find a skilled Mid-Level Systems Engineer with a solid background in Microsoft InTune, AutoPilot, and other Microsoft technologies.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in deploying and managing enterprise-level systems and services, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
You MUST be okay coming to Philadelphia once a quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Management & Deployment:

  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of Microsoft InTune and AutoPilot for Windows 10/11 provisioning and management.
  • Develop and implement device profiles, policies, and application deployments through InTune to streamline operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AutoPilot deployment and InTune device management to ensure seamless operations for clients.
  • Microsoft Technologies Support:

  • Provide support for a range of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other Microsoft cloud services.
  • Assist in the deployment of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and other Microsoft security solutions to enhance cloud security and infrastructure.
  • Offer expertise and guidance on best practices for cloud migrations, device management, and overall IT infrastructure improvements.
  • Client Collaboration & Consultation:

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients, providing recommendations and guidance for improving their IT environments.
  • Offer hands-on support for InTune and AutoPilot, ensuring clients maximize their systems’ capabilities.
  • Provide end-user training and create documentation to empower clients in managing their IT assets effectively.
  • Problem-Solving & Support:

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to device management, system integrations, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand recurring problems and implement long-term fixes.

    Skills & Experience Needed:

    • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft InTune, AutoPilot, and other Microsoft technologies in a professional setting.
    • Proven ability to manage device provisioning, cloud services, and enterprise-level systems.
    • Solid background in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services and related technologies.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft InTune and AutoPilot.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 management, deployment, and security practices.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of networking and cloud security principles.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients, both remotely and in-person.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus.
    • Experience in a consulting or third-party agency setting is a distinct advantage.
