Onsite IT Manager/Windows/Network

We’re partnering with a growing professional services firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead their onsite technology operations. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting a dynamic environment that runs a mix of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and modern networking technologies. You’ll oversee infrastructure, systems, and helpdesk operations for a collaborative office setting, with two direct reports supporting daily IT activities.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a management or team lead role
· Strong background with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
· Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration
· Hands-on experience with network configuration, firewalls, and VPNs
· Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop IT support staff

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
· Familiarity with cloud migrations or Azure AD
· Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery best practices
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
