Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, or Technology practice. Preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong technical skills with experience in implementing and executing Agile principles.
- Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies, advanced with Microsoft Office applications.
- Solutions-oriented, creative, and highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication, writing, and consultative skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather input and feedback.
- Maintains relationships with the business and the client to understand the current and changing needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure needs are met.
- Utilizes data analytics and statistical knowledge to guide product decisions and improvements.
