Required Skills & Experience

· Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint security
· Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS and MacOS
· Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune and Ivanti
· Understanding of software deployment strategies across large enterprise environments
· Experience with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001

Desired Skills & Experience

· Knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)
· Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
· Previous leadership or team management experience
· Experience with hybrid work and remote device management strategies
