Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Security Engineering (or related experience)
- Strong experience in designing Vulnerability Management processes (using Tenable, Rapid7, Qualys)
- Background in network and/or systems engineering
- Basic experience in IAM Provisioning/Deprovisioning
- Knowledge utilizing SIEM tools (Splunk, LogRhythm)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to security challenges
- Automation experience is a huge plus
- Previous experience on small cyber teams in healthcare
- Hands-on approach to leadership
