One of the largest healthcare data ecosystems in the U.S. is looking for a Python Engineer to join their team. This Philadelphia based company partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers and government organizations to solve their most complicated use cases. This organization was founded to enhance the utility, transparency, availability, and cost efficiency of traditional and emerging healthcare data.

In this role, you will be a part of a team that leverages innovative technologies to help clients discover, license and link patient data across the widest range of top tier data providers. You will be innovating their proprietary de-identification and data science algorithms and building a culture that supports rapid iteration and new possibilities. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of Software Development experience
  • 5+ years of Python experience
  • 3+ years experience with Javascript or modern UI frameworks (React js preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience building data pipelines
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • 3+ years of Spark, or similar technologies, experience
  • Experience working in regulated industry like healthcare or finance with compliance requirements
