Systems Engineer/Azure/InTune/AutoPilot

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with expertise in Azure, InTune, AutoPilot, and Office 365 to join our clients team.
You will be responsible for the management and optimization to ensure the successful deployment and integration of their cloud-based systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a engineer looking to take on a key role in supporting enterprise-level infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure Management:

  • Administer and manage Azure subscriptions, resources, and virtual networks.
  • Design and implement solutions for security, cost management, and performance optimization in the Azure environment.
  • Ensure successful integration of on-premises and cloud infrastructures.

  • InTune and Device Management:

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, policies, and security configurations.
  • Support and enhance mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) using InTune.

  • AutoPilot Deployment:

  • Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for Windows 10 and 11 provisioning and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to create, test, and refine Autopilot profiles for seamless device deployment and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Autopilot configurations and device provisioning.

  • Office 365 Administration:

  • Administer Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Assist in the migration and integration of email and document services to Office 365.
  • Ensure secure and optimal performance of Office 365 services by implementing best practices in configuration and governance.

  • Security and Compliance:

  • Implement security controls and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Leverage Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for threat detection and response.
  • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation plans.

  • Collaboration and Support:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients in managing and troubleshooting their Azure, InTune, and Office 365 environments.
  • Collaborate with clients to define requirements, implement solutions, and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, tools, and best practices in Azure, InTune, AutoPilot, and Office 365.
  • Suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance client infrastructures and increase operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience working with Azure, Microsoft InTune, Windows Autopilot, and Office 365 in enterprise environments.
    • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
    • Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or equivalent) are a plus.
    • Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Active Directory integration.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Azure Sentinel for security monitoring.
