A leading real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a full-time Yardi Administrator to support and optimize their Yardi ecosystem. This is a remote role providing key support for property operations, finance, and IT teams across a robust real estate portfolio.

You’ll play a pivotal role in managing configurations, supporting end users, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing reporting and workflows. Required Skills & Experience
· 3+ years of experience administering Yardi Voyager
· Strong understanding of property management and real estate accounting processes
· Experience with Yardi modules such as PayScan, RENTCafé, CRM, or Fixed Assets
· Proficiency in SQL and report writing tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports)
· Ability to provide end-user support and training
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with Yardi integrations and API
· Yardi certification(s)
· Familiarity with other property tech tools (Entrata, RealPage, etc.)
· Project management experience
· Exposure to data governance and security best practices
