This company specializes in enterprise property management solutions for government and military housing portfolios, utilizing Yardi Voyager, Military Housing modules, and integrated enterprise systems. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years working with Yardi Voyager

• Direct experience with Military Housing or Military Modules in Yardi

• Strong understanding of Yardi SQL scripting, workflow configuration, and system integrations

• Background in property management systems or real estate ERP

• Ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting DoD or GSA contracts

• Familiarity with Yardi API integrations or custom reporting

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Experience with Red Hat Linux environments

• Active Secret Clearance preferred
