This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet both internal and external stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will work closely with department heads, manufacturing engineers, and production teams to optimize plant operations, implement new processes, and drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within the manufacturing industry, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a must, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering management
  • Project management experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Past (or current) roles with direct reports
  • Experience with Automation of production lines
  • Managing technical resources
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Process Maps – FMEAs to document is preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus (not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field
