Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering management
- Project management experience
- Leadership experience
- Past (or current) roles with direct reports
- Experience with Automation of production lines
- Managing technical resources
- Experience with Process Maps – FMEAs to document is preferred
- PMP certification is a plus (not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field
