Lead Data Engineer | Hybrid | Phoenix

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Data Engineer to play a key role in building and maintaining the data foundation that powers insights across our business. In this technical role, you’ll architect and implement robust, high-performance data systems that support everything from real-time analytics to long-term strategic planning.

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end data workflows — from data ingestion and transformation to storage and accessibility. Leveraging your expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud technologies, you'll ensure our data infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.

This position requires a proactive engineer who’s comfortable working hands-on with cloud platforms, managing data governance policies, and driving complex data initiatives from conception to deployment.

Location
Hybrid Onsite 4x a week Phoenix, AZ

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a data engineer
• Applied experience leveraging AWS data services
• Experience working with complicated SQL data
• Advanced proficiency in Python, developing and supporting robust pipelines, frameworks, and automation solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related fields
• Experience implementing and optimizing 3rd party transformation tools such as dbt, Talend, or FiveTran
• High adaptability to changing requirements, emerging technologies, and competing priorities.
