System Administrator- Mid-Level- Windows

A local fire safety technology company in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a System Administrator to join their growing IT team. This is a 12-month contract role focused on maintaining and improving internal infrastructure across Microsoft environments. You’ll work closely with internal users and technical staff to ensure the systems that support the organization’s life safety operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that plays a key role in protecting people and property through advanced fire safety systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of Microsoft technologies while supporting a mission-driven organization. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong technical troubleshooting skills, and is looking to expand their expertise in Active Directory, Dynamics 365, and enterprise application support.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Active Directory (preferably Azure AD)

  • Office 365 and Dynamics 365 experience

  • Microsoft SCCM experience

  • Experience working with firewalls

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Issue Trak or ServiceNow
