Description: The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows, relieving branch offices of high-volume paperwork. This role supports a fast-paced, production-focused environment and is responsible for processing a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.
This position is strictly a production and processing role and does not communicate directly with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders. The Escrow Support Processor works behind the scenes to ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.
Due to the high-volume, deadline-driven nature of the work-particularly during peak closing periods and month-end cycles-overtime may be required based on business needs.
