Network Operations Engineer

Job Description An enterprise company here in Phoenix is looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join their IT group. This Network Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network devices, troubleshooting tickets and providing solutions to ensure network stability and performance. The ideal Network Operations Engineer should have strong problem solving skills, great analytical skills, good communication and have a good understanding of network systems and protocols. Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Network Operations or related position.
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), network hardware, and monitoring skills.
  • Routing and switching experience; Cisco, Aruba, etc.
  • SD WAN experience
  • Experience with Cisco or Palo Alto Firewalls
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with MS Project and JIRA
  • Strong communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Any experience with Azure Cloud
  • CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CCNP or other relevant certifications.
