This is a hands-on Help Desk Support role with a growing IT team that supports a mix of Windows, M365, networking, and end user hardware. You’ll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and user support across desktops, laptops, accounts, and core applications. Perfect for someone who enjoys fast paced environments and being the go-to problems solver for employees.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of help desk or technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset
- Experience with Windows 10/11, M365, and Active Directory
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Comfortable working onsite and interacting with employees daily
- Ability to multitask and document work clearly
- Experience with Intune or other MDM platforms
- Basic scripting knowledge (Powershell)
- A+ or similar certification
Tech Breakdown
- 40% handling tickets related to Windows, M365, networking, printers, and general end-user issues
- 25% account administration in AD, Azure AD, MFA, and permission changes
- 20% imaging, deploying, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- 10% documenting procedures and updating the internal knowledge base
- 5% supporting IT projects and escalations as assigned
