Security Manager / Vulnerability Management

A large manufacturing company is looking for a Manager to lead their Vulnerability Management program. You'll work hands on 25% of the time while also managing a small team and working with non-technical stakeholders 75% of the time. Ideal candidates have extensive experience with vulnerability management, specifically Tenable, and have built out a vulnerability management program. This role blends technical knowledge with people leadership, vender management, and cross-team collaboration with technical and non-technical teams. 

This role is remote hybrid, 2-3 days a week on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ YOE with cybersecurity engineering such as incident response, vulnerability management, security operations, etc.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Experience with Tenable
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience building out a vulnerability management program and navigating conversations with technical and non-technical teams
