Senior Data Architect

We are looking for a seasoned Data Architect with 10 years of experience to join our team at a prominent home builder and housing manufacturer here in the state of Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building data environments from scratch and effectively collaborating with stakeholders to present insights and solutions. This role is crucial for developing data-driven strategies and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

The company has recently undergone a technological modernization and is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join the team and assist in establishing a comprehensive data environment from the ground up. This position is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite in Plano, TX. Required Skills & Experience

• Data Warehouse creation from scratch
• Build/Design ETL Pipelines
• Cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Build experience (setting up/creating data warehouses, pipelines, data programs in general
• Stakeholder engagement & solutions thinking: requirements gathering, planning, presentations
• Event modelling, logical & physical database design
• Stakeholder and team collaboration on projects

• 90% Data Architecture
