We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced EUC Architect to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in End-User Computing (EUC), with hands-on expertise in JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Office 365, and Entra ID. As an EUC Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge end-user computing solutions that enhance the user experience, improve security, and streamline device management in a modern IT environment.
This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with the client to build and maintain a robust and scalable EUC strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement EUC solutions leveraging JAMF (for macOS devices) and Microsoft Intune (for Windows and mobile devices) to manage and secure end-user devices.
- Architect and manage a seamless Windows 11 environment, including deployment, configuration, security, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and support Office 365 deployments, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other productivity tools.
- Manage and optimize Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) configurations to ensure seamless integration between users, devices, and cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine EUC strategies and ensure they meet organizational requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level end-user computing environments.
- Define and implement best practices for security, device compliance, and user experience across the EUC ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to end-user devices, applications, and cloud integrations.
- Stay current with the latest developments in the EUC, security, and cloud technologies to continuously improve client environments.
- Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, security) to align EUC strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients’ internal teams, empowering them to maintain and manage the EUC environment effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in End-User Computing (EUC) architecture, with hands-on experience in JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Office 365, and Entra ID.
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying Windows 11 environments for enterprise-scale organizations.
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing Office 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), including device registration, user management, and conditional access.
- Expertise in macOS device management using JAMF and integrating with broader enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security policies, including device compliance, identity management, and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, JAMF Certified, or similar certifications.
- Experience with other endpoint management tools or security solutions (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM).
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
- Experience working with global or large-scale enterprise environments.
