The RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our B2C marketing strategy across consumer banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, personal loans, etc.). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves experimentation, and knows how to turn data into actionable insights that drive member growth and engagement.
What You'll Do-
Own and execute the B2C marketing strategy to acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with consumer banking members.

Develop full-funnel growth campaigns across digital and offline channels including paid social, SEM, email, SEO, display, direct mail, referral, and in-branch promotions.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI, CPA, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics.

Partner cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and member services to build seamless and impactful member experiences.

Lead segmentation strategies to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time.

Build and manage a marketing budget focused on efficiency and growth.

Leverage tools like Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and BI dashboards to monitor performance and report on KPIs.

Test and learn constantly—whether it’s messaging, channels, or audience targeting—and scale what works.

5+ years in B2C growth or performance marketing, ideally in banking, fintech, or consumer financial services.

Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset—you know how to build a plan and prove it works.

Hands-on experience with digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, etc.).

Comfortable using data platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau, Excel, etc.) and working with analysts.

Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.

Strong communicator who can build alignment across stakeholders.
