Field Engineer/MSP/Philly

We’re working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the Suburbs of Philadelphia that is looking to bring on a Field Engineer for a full-time opportunity. This is a customer-facing role that will have you working hands-on with a wide range of technologies across various client sites throughout the greater Philly area. You’ll support everything from network gear to end-user systems to cloud migrations—no two days are the same!

Required Skills & Experience
· 3+ years of experience in a field or systems/network support role
· Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
· Experience with Office 365 administration and migrations
· Strong customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills
· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with MSP ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask)
· Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, firewalls, switching, routing)
· Exposure to backup/disaster recovery tools (Datto, Veeam, etc.)
· CompTIA, MCSA, or similar certifications are a plus

Tech Breakdown
· 40% Windows Server / Microsoft 365
· 30% Networking (switches, routers, firewalls)
· 30% End-user and workstation support

Daily Responsibilities
· 60% Hands On
· 10% Management Duties
· 30% Team Collaboration & Client Interaction
