A leading finance company based in Reston, VA, dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions to their clients is looking to add a MS Dynamics 365 Manager to the team. They are a dynamic and growing organization, committed to excellence in everything they do. The MS Dynamics 365 Manager will lead the implementation and optimization of the Dynamics 365 platform and expand the companies digital capabilities.
The MS Dynamics 365 Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the organization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the system meets the needs of our business, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in system customization, configuration, and integration.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with data migration, reporting tools, and system security.
- MS .NET background.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is highly desirable
- Masters degree.
