A large construction organization is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join their IT team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and optimizing their ERP system to support financial, supply chain, and project management operations for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 F&O development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct hire position and is onsite in Northern Virginia.
The Senior Developer will design, develop, and implement custom solutions within MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet business needs and build and manage integrations between D365 F&O and third-party applications (e.g., payroll, procurement, project management). You will work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless ERP functionality and will implement security best practices, role-based access controls (RBAC), and ensure compliance with construction industry regulations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.
- Strong skills in X++ programming, Power Platform, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and system integrations (APIs, OData, REST, SOAP).
- Knowledge of construction industry ERP processes (job costing, procurement, financials).
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI and SSRS.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) or Business Central.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Prior experience in large-scale construction or engineering firms.
