The company is seeking a talented Senior Java Engineer to join its dynamic team and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive Java development expertise, a strong grasp of system architecture, and a passion for mentoring junior team members while fostering innovation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Java 8+, object-oriented programming, and modern frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Skilled in building and consuming RESTful APIs, working with microservices, and managing SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing high-performance, scalable systems with multithreading and concurrency.
• Experience with Agile development practices and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have

• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as JUnit or TestNG.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain scalable Java applications using technologies like Spring Boot and Hibernate, and design robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and perform detailed code reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality code.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and integration.
