Full Stack Java Developer

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and enhance scalable full stack web applications, ensuring robust front-end user interfaces and efficient back-end services.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced data analytics and data science techniques including the production of interactive dashboards and visualizations to inform decision-making and strategic planning for senior leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the risk domain, applying knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements to technology solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product and UX to help design and enhance user experiences, incorporating user feedback and usability findings into product decisions.
• Engage directly with product owners and end-users to gather requirements, rapidly iterate together (often multiple times per day) to deliver custom solutions, and provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback.
• Implement and refine our Agile software and DevOps practices to automate and enhance our automated testing, SDLC and CI/CD processes to ensure rapid and reliable same-day production releases and delivery of software products.
• Conduct rigorous automated testing and quality assurance for both new features and existing functionalities to ensure high reliability and user satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, innovations and industry best practices, evaluating and adopting new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
