Contract Duration: 9+ Months
- 7+ years of a proven hands-on development experience in Financial Services industry
- 3+ years in a Technical Lead role
- Must have experience with Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c)
- Experience with Database Design and Optimization
- Experience with Microservices APIs
- Experience leading the development of full stack software solutions involving front end, middleware and backend
- Experience in technical managing of project teams
- Experience in working in Agile projects with good knowledge in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with high-performance, distributed computing environments
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree
- Lead the development of full stack software solutions involving front end, middleware and backend.
- Use hands-on programming skills in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c) to build applications.
- Responsible for overseeing DB Design and Optimization
- Work in Agile projects using good knowledge in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
