Exciting new fully remote contract position for a Financial Data Analyst with an established firm. This is a fully remote role. This person will support the development and integrity of the IT Monthly Operating Report (MOR) dashboard. This individual will serve as a critical link between raw financial data and actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and teams.

- 3+ years of experience in financial data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
- Strong background in data validation, reconciliation, and financial data integrity.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data (supporting a $1B+ IT organization).
- Experience working with tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, and financial systems like Lawson.
- Ability to interpret raw data and translate it into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in healthcare financials, with an understanding of healthcare-specific revenue and expense drivers.
- Familiarity with healthcare and IT financial reporting and terminology.
- Adaptable and proactive; able to think on the fly and partner with the right individuals to get work done.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

What You Will Be Doing

- Act as the primary liaison between finance, accounting, and IT portfolio teams to gather, validate, and disseminate financial data.
- Pull data from various sources (e.g., general ledger, sub-ledgers) and ensure its accuracy before uploading into Looker Studio and other reporting tools.
- Maintain data integrity and perform reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the financial close process by verifying data accuracy and ensuring timely delivery to portfolio teams for analysis.
- Collaborate with finance and development teams to ensure the IT MOR dashboard reflects accurate and complete financial information.
- Partner with IT service line leaders, directors, and VPs to ensure alignment and transparency in financial reporting.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for financial data quality—ensuring that only validated, error-free data is used for reporting and decision-making.
