Exciting new Senior Technical Program Manager opportunity! This position is a hybrid role local to San Francisco, CA.
Our client is leading a company-wide customer experience rebrand that will span mobile, web, authentication, engagement surfaces, and shared platforms. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive this highly visible, cross-portfolio initiative.
This role requires more than coordination — it demands strong organizational leadership, credibility with engineering and product leaders, and the ability to create clarity at speed. You will serve as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring the rebrand lands cohesively, on time, and with minimal disruption.

Contract Duration: 6-months
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent delivery leadership roles
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives with executive visibility
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of creating order, transparency, and accountability
- Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven credibility with senior engineering leaders, including comfort discussing technical tradeoffs and dependencies
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new domains, systems, and team dynamics
- Natural presence and charisma — able to influence, motivate, and align without formal authority
- FinTech, (esp. Mobile Banking apps, PFM), Financial Services or Technology experience.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Deep experience with Agile and Waterfall technology approaches a plus.
- SAFe SA or other certification preferred
- Experience in consumer-facing products or regulated industries is a plus
What You Will Be Doing:
Daily Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of our client’s customer experience rebrand across multiple portfolios and teams
- Design and maintain clear, lightweight program structure (plans, timelines, dependency maps, decision logs) that scales across stakeholders
- Distill complex, fast-moving information into concise, high-signal updates that executives and partners can quickly understand and act on
- Build strong working relationships and credibility with Engineering, Product, and Design leads, enabling decisive execution
- Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies; surface them early with clear options and recommendations
- Adapt plans quickly as strategy, scope, or constraints evolve — maintaining momentum without creating churn
- Facilitate alignment across Product, UX, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and Compliance teams
- Serve as a calm, confident program leader who brings clarity, energy, and momentum to complex initiatives
