Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
  • Experience in test automation with tools such as Selenium/Playwright
  • Experienced in developing the automation frameworks (Web), SDLC process and Agile methodologies
  • Experienced on working micros services automation.
  • Experienced in quality engineering practices like Code review, Secure coding practices, Code Quality, Code Coverage, CI/CD, SQL
  • Deep understanding of Behavior Driven Development methodology.
  • Strong test automation methodology knowledge with tools and one or more general purpose programming languages like JAVA, .NET, VBScript, JavaScript and Python (Java is Preferred)
  • Continuously research and adopt new automation tools, techniques, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of software quality by participating in code reviews, design discussions, and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Experience with reporting and providing metrics of test automation
  • Communicate test results and status to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Extensive technical skills and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of enterprise quality engineering transformation journey.
  • Prior experience implementing test automation solutions in a dynamic, complex and scaled environment

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
