Role
We are seeking a driven, dynamic SEO expert to join our marketing team and accelerate our organic growth. As our SEO manager, you will lead the development of our SEO strategy and execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, merchandising, analytics, brand, and marketing stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying technical SEO enhancements, recommending new tools and technologies, crafting a robust content strategy, and championing SEO across the organization.
What You'll Do:
• Architect & Execute SEO Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, blending technical SEO, content creation, and forward-thinking approaches.
• Uncover Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify new SEO opportunities by analyzing site architecture, keyword opportunities, and channel KPIs.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product and engineering teams to define and execute a strategic roadmap, driving continuous improvement.
• Communicate & Influence: Articulate your vision and present it compellingly to stakeholders and marketing team leaders.
• Analyze & Optimize: Deep dive into SEO KPIs, identifying critical metrics and optimizing for maximum impact. Own SEO reporting and keep stakeholders informed of project
progress and performance.
• Deliver Expertise: Stay ahead of the latest SEO, ASO, and AEO trends and methodologies, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge. Leverage AI-driven technologies to
appropriately scale and transform the channel.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of SEO experience, with 2+ years in a marketplace or large-scale e-commerce environment.
• Proven expertise in technical and enterprise SEO and deep understanding of scalable SEO growth levers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools, like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, proposing actionable recommendations, and implementing solutions that drive measurable results.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Willingness to introduce and advocate for new ideas and approaches.
• Desire for ownership and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Familiarity with Prismic CMS and luxury fashion is a plus.
