What You’ll Do

• Design and implement backend systems powering core features of a modern enterprise sales tool

• Build robust APIs, data pipelines, and orchestration layers that scale with growing usage

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver reliable, performant systems

• Define architecture and contribute to infrastructure decisions as the product scales

• Help shape engineering best practices and contribute to long-term technical strategy

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience

• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or a comparable modern language

• Experience designing distributed systems, data pipelines, or orchestration frameworks

• Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code tools

• Solid grasp of networking, system design, and web protocol fundamentals

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Excited to work in-person with a focused, ambitious team

The Offer

• Competitive salary: $130,000–$280,000
