Responsibilities:
- The Workday Functional Analyst will lead the gathering of business requirements and deliver Workday Recruiting solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- This role requires strong collaboration with both business users and technical teams, as well as hands-on configuration and support of the Workday platform.
- The analyst will also support testing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement efforts.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Workday experience, including hands-on configuration.
- Extensive experience with the Workday Recruiting module.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to urgent issues quickly.
- Experience working on complex, cross-functional projects with multiple integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Functional and business process expertise combined with an understanding of IT systems.
- Experience developing process documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
