Sr. Sys Admin

One of our clients is looking for a Sr. Sys Admin to join their growing team. Although this position will be supporting their Windows server environment, Azure AD, M365, and VMware, they're really looking to fill the skill gap for their network environment. Currently they have Ubiquiti routers and switches with Fortinet security products. Proven experience with routing and switching is a must and familiarity with firewalls will help quite a bit as well because their corporate office has Fortinet and Ubiquiti firewalls. Having direct experience with Ubiquiti and Fortinet is preferred but transferrable experience with Cisco or any other brand is sufficient. One of the biggest networking initiatives coming up is a whole transfer of network infrastructure to another office - this is scheduled for October 2025 and you'll be helping lead that project.

They also would like someone that has some scripting experience with PowerShell to automate some routine tasks within M365 and Azure AD, but nothing too heavy; they're not looking for a coder by any means.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm at in the client's corporate office in Scottsdale (might be able to support 1 WFH day/week)

Tech Breakdown:
- 60% networking
- 40% system administration

Required skills:
- Routing

Bonus skills:
- Experience with RentCafe, RealPage, or other property management software
- Proven proficiency with PowerShell
