Full Stack Senior Data Scientist (Python / Software Development / Full-Remote)

A financial wellness company is looking to fill their Senior Data Scientist position. The company’s focus is to monitor their users’ spending habits and manage/cancel subscriptions that are not being used anymore. The position is a mix of a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, and a software developer. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work with engineering, product, and design teams to create innovative, user-facing features, optimizing continuous product feedback loops. The ideal candidate will have full-stack experience in software development, extensive machine learning and software engineering skills with 6+ years of Data Science experience. This role is full-time and fully remote.
Responsibilities

• Build ML user-facing features in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Build tools that improve the implementation of data science and ML products.
• Aid in product delivery using ML techniques.
• Mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Data Science/ Software Engineering experience with extensive knowledge of data bases and data warehouses/front-end to back-end development experience
• Experience at B2C companies, or have B2C personal projects
• Experience collaborating with different teams at a B2C company
