Product Analytics Leader

A fin-tech company with a strong remote presence is looking for their next Team Leader of Product Analytics. 

This leadership role involves managing a team of 7-10 data analytics professionals within an embedded organizational structure. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy through the implementation of scalable self-service analytics and robust data governance frameworks. A primary goal is to create a "build-first" environment where your team develops tooling that proactively anticipates business questions and accelerates delivery cycles. You must ensure all analytical assets are accurate and timely while maintaining high quality standards and accountability across cross-functional teams. Ultimately, the position requires a leader who can foster an equitable, healthy work environment that supports both personal and professional growth.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience managing analytics professionals and deep expertise in data systems. You should be adept at tailoring your management style to individual needs and building effective stakeholder relationships across the organization. A strong background in leading embedded professionals and a passion for using data to drive business decisions is essential. Expert-level experience in experimentation design and assessment is considered a significant advantage for guiding systematic approaches to testing.
