Our client is a leader in Advanced Lab Services. Based out of New Jersey, they are looking to hire a Project Manager: Customer Success, Implementations on a contract basis (W2).

Contract Duration: 5–6 Months, Full-Time (8 hrs./day, 5 days/wk)

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years managing service delivery, implementation, or relocation projects (ideally in laboratory, life sciences, or manufacturing)
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams with strong customer and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of lab support operations and materials management

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with EHS, supply chain logistics, facility readiness, GxP, and quality management
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Office

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown

• Project Management (planning, scoping, execution, post-project review)
• Cross-functional team coordination (Lab & Production Services, Supply Chain, IT, EHS, Facilities)
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Equipment moves, lab setups, materials transfers, vendor coordination

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer service implementations and lab/production relocations
• Serve as main point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure customer success
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (GxP, EHS)
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and closure documentation
• Conduct site assessments and readiness evaluations
