This client is a well known Boston-based hospital and physician network. They are hiring for a Desktop Support Travel Technician who can technical support for academic medical centers, hospitals, affiliated medical practices, and other digital support departments. You will be providing support for desktop resources, printers, workstation inventories, software installation, network connectivity testing, hardware deployment, and ticket documentation.

This is a great opportunity to further your career in IT and get hands on training with senior technicians. You will need a reliable car and an active driver's license for this position. This is a contract position that requires you to travel between work sites in the Greater Boston Area, New Hampshire, and Cape Cod. Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience of IT Support
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service focused environment
  • Ability to lift and carry hardware and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
Desired Skills & Experience
  • CompTIA, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications
