System/Network Administrator

A consulting company in the Philly suburbs is lookign to bring on a unior Network Administrator to provide reliable IT support for workstations, laptops, and mobile devices while assisting with server and network infrastructure administration. The role involves responding to service requests, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure exceptional service. Ideal candidates should have experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server administration, Office 365, and strong documentation skills. Familiarity with MacOS, iOS, Microsoft Teams Phone System, and MSP environments is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11.
• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, including standard AD and GP functionality, file and printer sharing, and troubleshooting.
• 1+ year of experience with Office 365 tenant administration.
• Familiarity with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents related to hardware and software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document environments and procedures thoroughly.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies.
• Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Teams Phone System is a plus.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus.
• Experience with MacOS and iOS devices is a plus.
