Contract Duration: 8 Months
• 4 Year college degree.
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficient user of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Service Now functionality.
• Strong understanding of NAM payroll processing including federal and state regulations.
• Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Ability to operate in a team environment.
What You Will Be Doing
• Respond to requests that are submitted through the Service Now ticketing system, including ongoing monitoring from case creation to case closure and ensuring the information in the case is complete and the appropriate documentation has been provided.
• Answer inquiries via a shared mailbox.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to questions from vendors, employees, and global partners.
• Perform validation checks on employee data and update as necessary.
• Analyze data and metrics in Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other ad-vanced features.
• Manage critical and time-sensitive issues to ensure program compliance.
• Population review/identification.
• Interpret, analyze, and apply statutory rules, compliance regulations, and corporate policy to ensure pay is accurate.
