Senior Business Analyst

Grow your career as a Senior Business Analyst with an innovative global bank. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or Business Analysis experience
• 6-10 Business Analysis experience
• Experience and understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
• Validation and testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations.
• Understanding of Data Model
• Vendor/Data Source Hierarchy for Golden Copy
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
• Working with Clients and capture Business Requirement
• Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
• Data Oriented with an excellent attention to detail

What You Will Be Doing

• Create Business and Function Requirements
• Lead/Manage Client Deliverables and Book of Work
• Provide Direction and Technical Leadership on complex, high-impact projects.
• Data Modelling, Mapping, Mining and Transformation
• Work closely with IT, PM and Operations partners
• Develop Interfaces - Web GUI / API
• Develop solution designs for technical projects
• Work with Data Providers Vendors (Internal & External)
• Define EPICs and User Stories based on Client Requirements
• Work with Stakeholders
• Documentation and User Training
