Our client, a Fortune 500 commercial real estate firm is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on application security to join their collaborative team in Richardson, TX. This hybrid role supports ERP systems like PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM and offers potential for full-time conversion.

Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)
Duration: 3+ months with extension likely or potential FTE Conversion
Team Size: 10–12, highly collaborative culture

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user access and support requests via ServiceNow
  • Maintain and test security configurations in ERP systems
  • Analyze business/user security needs and document requirements
  • Create SQL-based reports and ensure SOX compliance
  • Support additional applications as needed

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years of ERP security administration (PeopleSoft preferred)
  • Hands-on involvement in security configuration changes and documentation
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • SQL scripting and basic reporting skills
  • High School Diploma with relevant experience
