Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – In-office Thursdays and the 4th Friday of each month)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled QRM Developer to join a high-performing team at one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. This role focuses on automating and optimizing workflows within the Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) platform.

Responsibilities

• Automate complex workflows using QRM tools and features.

• Configure and manage Auto Assist Scheduling tools to streamline operational processes.

• Design, test, and implement workflow optimizations to enhance platform efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with internal risk and control standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong experience with QRM, particularly in workflow automation.

• Expertise in Auto Assist Scheduling within the QRM platform.

• Demonstrated success in workflow setup, optimization, and management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
