Job Title: Network Operations Shift Lead
Contract: 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Shift Lead to oversee large-scale global enterprise networks, consisting of over 3,000 offices worldwide and 15,000–20,000 access points. This role requires strong expertise in second-level troubleshooting, escalation handling, and operational leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities-
Lead and manage a shift team responsible for supporting enterprise-scale networks.

Perform tier 2 troubleshooting and escalation support for complex network issues.

Oversee operational firefighting to ensure minimal disruption to production environments.

Provide expert-level support across Cisco routing & switching, SD-WAN technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, and Cisco Meraki.

Support load balancing and production stability through F5 technologies.

Ensure smooth network operations, incident management, and escalation to senior teams when required.

7–8 years of experience in Network Operations, with proven escalation and troubleshooting expertise.

Strong background in Cisco routing & switching (expert level).

Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki, and F5 load balancers.

Prior exposure to large-scale global networks (multi-thousand access points/offices).

Ability to lead a shift team effectively under high-pressure operational conditions.

Strong focus on break-fix troubleshooting and operational problem-solving.

Initial 2 weeks: 5 day shifts + 2 night shifts (7 days total per week).

Following rotation: 2 weeks of 5 night shifts + 2 day shifts (7 days total per week).

Shifts are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour rotations).
