We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives in high-trust environments where security, compliance, and automation must go hand-in-hand. You’ll take the lead on ensuring our AI-powered platform is performant, resilient, and audit-ready—without slowing down delivery.

his is a hands-on, systems-focused role where automation, observability, and infrastructure-as-code aren’t just buzzwords—they’re how the team gets things down every day. This is a hybrid role, with a growing team in a historical Toronto area.

Required Skills & Experience

• Designing and evolving Azure infrastructure that supports real-time ML models

• Building scalable IaC pipelines with Terraform and Terragrunt

• Maintaining Kubernetes clusters, Helm deployments, and service meshes (Istio)

• Integrating monitoring and observability via Azure Monitor and Datadog

Desired Skills & Experience

• A dev-centric mindset: strong scripting in Python/Bash and ownership of CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Bonus if you’ve worked with ML pipelines or data-centric apps in production
• Experience with HIPPAA and SOC principles
