A healthcare company based in Trevose, PA, is seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join their team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining network infrastructure solutions to support the organization’s healthcare services. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure network security, reliability, and performance, while also providing support for network-related issues. Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in network analysis or network engineering, preferably in a healthcare or highly regulated environment
  • Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting networking hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Expertise with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
  • Proficiency in network monitoring, analysis, and diagnostic tools
  • Experience with network security practices, firewalls, and VPN solutions
  • Solid understanding of routing, switching, and network troubleshooting methods
  • Knowledge of cloud-based networking technologies (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong scripting skills for network automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network issues
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industry
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and security standards in healthcare IT
  • Experience with SD-WAN, VoIP, or cloud-based networking solutions
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, high-availability, and business continuity planning
  • Experience with network configuration management tools

  • Analyzing and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure peak performance and reliability
  • Managing and troubleshooting network systems, including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Collaborating with internal teams to assess network needs and provide technical solutions
  • Monitoring network performance and addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime
  • Implementing network security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance
  • Supporting cloud-based network infrastructure and optimizing cloud networking solutions
  • Providing on-call support for network-related issues, ensuring quick resolution
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of network-related policies and procedures
