Our client, a well-known broadcast media and entertainment company is urgently looking to hire a Legal Assistant to join their team in Universal City, CA! It is a hybrid role and would require 3 days minimum onsite.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-year college degree or 4-year work experience in a similar position
- Detail oriented
- Independent worker
- Self-motivated
- Fluency in various computer programs including word, excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with database management, electronic filing systems a plus
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Help establish, maintain and participate in Company document management system
- Help establish and maintain various Company databases including forms and precedents
- Manage contracts; prepare, revise or review agreements, under attorney supervision
- Preparing correspondence
- Prepare summaries and indexes of agreements
- Coordinate and arrange for payment under talent agreements
- Special projects for SVP and others within the department
