Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent attention to detail in support of many different logistical needs.
- Significant Excel experience including significant VBA-based macro coding – we have several spreadsheets with detailed VBA code involved. We need additional staff who can help maintain and do light enhancements.
- Ad hoc data analysis in Excel with pivot tables, data lookups.
- Documentation specialist: Audit evidence management / documentation organization
- Technical writing skills in support of control process documentation – that includes creating PowerPoint decks, translating process flows into written form (Word, Visio)
- SharePoint Online site design and content creation/management skills
- Jira page design and content creation/management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- SharePoint, PowerAutomate, List, Document Library, Teams Channels, Permissions, Office 365. Draft Communications, Build PowerPoints, Excell Pivot Tables, VBA Macros
- Prior audit or risk management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in governance, policy, compliance, and risk management practices
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of advanced Excel data analysis including pivot tables, lookup formulas, data concatenation and splitting, pattern matching, and experience with rapid, thoughtful analysis of large data sets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Aid and support the Vulnerability Operations Compliance lead and control lead roles in:
- Designing and overseeing evidence management best practices for Vulnerability Operations controls with input from BCM and industry and/or company experts.
- Overseeing the documentation of each control's procedures and job aids to ensure they follow a consistent template, meet all enterprise requirements, and store evidence in line with best practices.
- Shepherding control changes through the approvals and forms needed to accomplish the changes in a timely manner.
- Ensuring controls are reviewed and re-approved by the control lead and control owner for each control on an appropriate review cycle.
- Maintaining a calendar or timeline to ensure team members are aware of upcoming work needed on items you oversee, and ensure that work needed to support these functions is added to the Agile backlog in a consistent pattern across controls.
- Coordinating on-time delivery of any issues and corrective actions by facilitating evidence collection and ensuring all parties involved are clear on their actions needed and are held accountable for doing them. Draft issue summary memos and evidence collection templates.
- Facilitate VO capture, tracking and response to all requests for risk management reviews by risk partners including EBCE, TISRM, Internal Audit, FLIV, external auditors, regulators, etc. with a goal of zero audit findings and a rating of effective on all control execution.
- SharePoint site maintenance, support, design, and improvements as well as any relevant work to move/upgrade site designs and content from one version of SharePoint to another.
