Lead/Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of professional software engineering expertise
• Expertise in Go/Golang
• Proficient with Postgres
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proven experience leading projects and working in fast-paced, early-to-late stage startup environments

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience building or contributing to a search engine or search-based product
• Background in data pipelines or AI-driven platforms
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or natural language search
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams

The Offer

• Salary Range: $175,000-$230,000
