Cybersecurity Program Manager

$65/hr - $85/hr
A major healthcare company is looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager to help build out their SOC and integrate into a MSSP! You'll play a critical role developing and implementing their systems to help onboard new organizations as they acquire them, and ensure their security operations environment is up to date. You'll work with various stakeholders and technical and non-technical teams so strong communication skills is needed. Ideal candidates have hands on SOC and integration experience and recently moved into a client-interfacing type of role (sales engineering, program manager, solutions, etc).
This role is fully remote, likely working ET hours. This is a long-term contract to hire position (about 12 months before potential for conversion)
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- 2+ years of experience in program management
- Expertise in SOC operations, process management, and project/program management
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with stakeholder engagement
