A Washington, DC-based B2B SaaS company is looking to add a full stack high-level IC to join its growing engineering team.
The company is building a scalable, API-driven platform that enables other businesses to embed complex financial and operational functionality directly into their products. Their technology supports critical workflows for small and mid-sized businesses and is used by a wide range of platforms across fintech and SaaS. The engineering team works on customer-facing features that require both reliability and thoughtful design.
This role is ideal for a senior engineer or tech lead who enjoys ownership, greenfield development, and influencing technical direction while also mentoring less-experienced engineers. This opportunity offers substantial growth opportunity. You must be able to commute to Dupont Circle 5 days a week.

What They’re Looking For:
- Ability to come onsite 5 days a week
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong frontend experience with modern React/TypeScript
- Experience on the working on the backend (Java, Python, TypeScript, etc.)
- Experience designing and owning systems end-to-end
- Comfort writing design docs, leading technical discussions, and contributing to architecture decisions
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams
- Computer Science or equivalent degree
